Honouring Clare’s legacy

The Clare Finch Accounting Scholarship exists to honour Clare’s legacy and the values that continue to shape HTFT today: Integrity, CareCourage and Perseverance.

HTFT Values

HTFT Values

Integrity

For our students

Act with integrity in your studies, in your work, and in how you treat others. In accounting, integrity is essential – doing the work properly, not cutting corners, and being someone others can rely on.

For HTFT

We hold ourselves to the same standard we ask of you – transparent about our methods, honest about outcomes, and always doing right by our students.

Care

For our students

Care about the people around you – your fellow students, your tutors and your colleagues at work.

For HTFT

We care about you as an individual, not just as one of our students. Our tutors carry this into the classroom in the way they teach, respond to questions and help students who may be struggling.

Courage

For our students

Have the courage to back yourself – to attempt the question you're not sure about, and to ask for help when it's most needed. Above all, believe you are capable of more than you think.

For HTFT

We built this business because we had the courage to do what we believed in, even when others thought it might fail. We'll always encourage you to do the same.

Perseverance

For our students

These qualifications are hard. There will be setbacks, failed mocks, moments of doubt. Perseverance isn't about being fearless – it's about continuing anyway. The students who succeed are the ones who keep going.

For HTFT

We'll be alongside you for as long as it takes. We don't give up on our students, and we'll do everything we can to make sure you don't give up on yourself.
