Revising for Objective Test exams

May 26, 2015

Objective Test papers/exams (exams that require a user to choose or provide a response to a question whose correct answer is predetermined) require a new approach to revision that ensures all information is retained.

As objective test questions can come from any part of the syllabus or curriculum, you need to be able to master what you have learnt.

By breaking down the syllabus and following the Prepare, Practice, Progress model you should find it easier to digest and retain the information you are studying.

By clicking on the following link you will be able to download a HTFT document that goes into more detail regarding the Prepare, Practice and Progress model:

Revising for Objective Test exams

It is important, that as you work through your revision routine, you go back at some point and re-do questions from all of the areas of the syllabus – this will test whether you have mastered the syllabus.

If you have any questions, or would like some more tips on how to revise, please email me at james.taylor@htftpartnership.co.uk
